Well, the Caps do like to party. Not all that surprising.

The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed the lives of 400,000 Americans since February 2020.

But, but, but,..... They are RUSSIAN!

So these guys, who have been routinely covid tested and have all shown to be negative, were caught hanging out in a room together? With no one outside of the team there? Why is this a 100k fine?

Pretty stupid choice knowing what the NHL has to do while losing money. Selfish by a captain & 3 others. Why not run out for wings also.

It seems crazy. But it’s more than that and the rules the nhl laid out were pretty clear as were the penalties.
